If so, what are the access numbers, proxy number and server and any other info i need to get online????????????

All of it should be within the box that the PSO disc was in.

what the access numbers for tiscali?

plug modem into gamecube, enter the same info your P.C uses to connect to the internet, into the gamecube online netwrok set up ( in the pso menu)
the only access numbers you need are the omnes for PSO.
the only other number you need is the dial up number for tiscali, as well as your internet account user name and password.
