Enemy parts

In all the many hundreds and thousands of hours I've played PSO, I've never picked up so many body parts!! Where do I turn them in to weapons, and how?

Basically, it has to be done offline.

You need to first do all of the offline quests, if you haven't already, and then during one of them you can talk to Dr. Montague (that crazy Fonewm) and he'll turn it into a weapon on the spot.

Now that's classy! I've done all VHard quests, so this should be quite awesome... Doubt any of my weapons will beat my YAMATO+35 though.
