nProtect Gameguard Error

im really puzzled at this, after the patch this week nprotect gameguard gets its updates but after it completes it takes me to the nprotect gameguard error page with this as the error code:

GameGuard update failure. Error code 340, 350, 361, 380

i cannot start the game because of this and i really want to play T.T

i have no idea what is wrong. has anyone else had this problem? i have added pso2 on my allow list for my firewall and it has not helped.

Try deleting the GameGuard folder in your pso2 directory and then running the game.
