Infinite loading screen after Chapter 0 is completed and waiting to load the campship

well...I have tried a lot of different things...

I saw the other person on this site did a post something up like what is going on with me too, but nothing seemed to work...and this is very frustrating...I am on ship 2 and have the latest english patch update and the other updated stuff
I have an Nvidia Geforce GTX 660M graphics card on my windows 8 asus republic of gamers laptop and it is updated to the most current version
any type of help would be much appreciated

From what I hear around the board, the large files are not compatible with the update. You'll need to run a file check and only install the core files as opposed to the large files.
