Tsumikiri sword question

What is the Tsumikiri J-Sword's special attack, and what, if any, are the special requirements for it (i.e. every 100 beats, or steals HP, PB, TP...)?

It uses 20 PB to create a huge blue wave/explosion to hit the enemies. Pretty damned powerful.

It's not actually all that powerful... it does the same amount of damage that you'd do if you hit the enemy with a hard attack. And it can miss...it baffles me too. And the more PB you have, the longer the wave of energy will stay.

EDIT: Also, there are enemies that have resistance to Photon Blasts.(Dark Bringer, Chaos Sorcerer) They cannot be damaged by the special on the Sword.

eh, ok, i figured it out, note: @75 PB, you can combo the special for a triple hitting wave attack, strong!
