If you bought it with a 12* pass from a player it is now binded to your account and cannot be re-sold. However if it dropped for you or you recieved it from a Collection Sheet, maybe check to make sure it's not locked?

The Registration Pass specifically says it only works on 11 star and lower.

Since we are at ep4, to unlock ep3 you have to clear ep1 and ep2 MB.
Also Weapon Extension lv20 will have ex3 special recipes unlocked. Craft an ex3 special to unlock ex8 special of equivalent type, and craft an ex8 special to unlock ex10 of equivalent type.

It's some event they did, either a "kill shit" event in game or a "tweet shit" event on Twitter. I think it's 50SG per day on the 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th and 15th so just log in every time the day rolls over JST.

Since the numbers for some of them has been scratched off from the site. But I have not received them. Although I did get some pick axe and fishing rods randomly from the event today. But I just got back into the game a few days ago and found out about this event yesterday during the long maintenance... Would like one of the skins at least:-(

The Orbit: Depends on whether you value the 50HP individual bonus or not. It also has 7PP.

Well someone, somewhere had to pay real money for those AC items, so of course they're not gonna super cheap. You're not the first person who wanted "cheap AC items" to trade in for AC Recycling items. Generally though, when an AC Scratch is brand new; certain male clothing items can be found for as low as 150k each (although thats been changing lately with 'better' male cosmetic content).

You can try searching for any 7* or higher rarity clothing & search by price (not date or time of listing).

Add Class (Gunner) was like 125k several days ago. You may want to start with this type of item since it's completely useless by now.

I need those for my Ray collection files, and I've run out of Advance Capsules for the areas they show up in, plus trying to get more without spending tons of money on the buying them is a chore. ^ after experimenting around, it seems the healing amount is base on T-Atk value minus weapon atk. Yep Shifta/Drink and affixes also affect Resta.

Solo XQ is actually faster than Ultimate for farming Diabo, if you can consistently clear Stages 1-5. If you find it too difficult, just grab a friend and farm Ult Nab instead.

Because it appears there are never any groups available for this quest so I had to solo it, everyone either has a closed group or filled with NPCs, hmmm...

The CO has 0/1 status, mean you clear 10000 times and get once reward.
The "more reward" ones would have 0/99 or 0/999 status.
And these quests are easy enough to solo, even with a low level character.
EQs are the one that really need party/MPA.

It's your fault for joining a party without asking the objective of the party leader. I mean it's totally fine to go 1 person party in EQ, more members would sometimes get you out of 11/12 MPA and such.

Anybody having problems opening PSO2 as of today? Ever since I updated Windows, whenever I launch PSO2, pso2.exe crashes and gives me an error.

Looking at Event Viewer, the Problem Event Name is BEX. BEX refers to Buffer Overflow Exception.

Turning off plugins, uninstalling patches, and reinstalling the game did not solve the problem. The only way to resolve it is to turn off DEP for the game and PSO2 launches again normally.

Anybody else experiencing this? I didn't have to add PSO2 on DEP exceptions ever and the problem here probably underlies the Windows update. (Which I might uninstall.)

Daily CO's that require a field clear of A rank or higher just want you to kill enough enemies to complete the Client Order, repeating the mission over and over with the Client Order with you does not give you any bonus meseta, its a simple "Clear with A rank or higher" quest and thats it.

The reason people either lock their rooms or have npc's with them is because it doesnt exactly require a full party to complete granted it may or may not speed the run up (generally will because more people= more spawns) but its just not necessary. You can solo these or bring partner bots with you or bring along friends or team mates or leave your room open with the "anyone welcome" option checked.

they're called pugs just like any other game out there because your playing with randoms and not organized runs and people don't have to help you if they dont want to. Theyre not obligated to do anything for you but your always welcome to ask for help and whether they respond or not is their decision. No one has to get into a group ALL THE TIME to run free fields with people.

Also there are times where I forgot to put the options for "Friends Only" or "Team Members Only" and people join, I simply kick them out, not a big deal and if the person wants to get mad then thats too bad, join around my room if you want, I got other Client Orders/Fields to clear, your just gonna leave after the quest is cleared anyways :wacko: also stay mad

daily orders are super easy learn to solo these arent eq's where you can just join as a seperate party anyway.. i make sure to specifically password mpa lock when i do dailies though so people like you cant get a free ride

Well, how I am I supposed to do that, since the UI won't let to wisper something to a player in the quest selection list. And finding a player from the information terminal is simply impossible, since most of the players don't have unique names or have japanese names

Besides, if a player hasn't configured his game as a closed one (password protected / team members only / friends only), this is considered a red flag for everyone, who is looking for a party, I think that should be obvious

What's wrong with you people? These quests are definitely easy, but it has nothing to do with the difficulty! When I want a challenge, I do AQ / XQ / UQ. I soloed the free / arks quests a lot already and had enough! People join others in order to be done with the stupid daily quests faster and to have an insurance in case they make a stupid mistake and die during the boss battle - why not let them play with you? - you lose nothing from it (except if you are doing a CO, which requires soloing, or teaming up with a specific NPC, but that's a very rare case and you would be stupid to leave your pary open in this case)

One 200AC scratch = one item. One 500AC gold scratch = one guaranteed cosmetic AC item.
The 2200AC bundle gives you twelve scratches and the 5000AC (the gold version you mentioned) bundle gives you eleven scratches that are guaranteed cosmetic items.

Also, as much as I like GameFAQs, the Phantasy Star Online II thread there is garbage full of misinformation (combination of players who know nothing of the game at all, SEA players mistakenly answering things for the wrong version of the game and/or far too many people who STILL think a US version of the game is coming).

It's probably the Dexterity/Aptitude stat. Your MAG's DEX will increase when fed any Weapon or Unit, and will decrease when fed a Room Item.

Volcano ARKS Quest should unlock automatically after finishing Forest Exploration. Just follow the same pattern for unlocking Forest and you'll breeze through all the unlocking.

Collect File, really. Nox NT from the Revolucio file starts at Super Hard difficulty, and some of the old endgame gear found on Ray file starts at Extra Hard. Your best jumping off point for endgame gear is Nox NT, so get to Level 50~55, equip Revolucio files, and start killing everything. Once you have your Nox, you can start working on the rest of the File to get the Revolucio, which is a 13.

You need premium to exchange 10~12* weapon passes and 10~11* unit passes, which are required to buy 10~12* stuff on visiphone.
Of course there are exceptions, like 3 free 12* passes from titles, and 1 day premium tickets that was rarely handed out.

For instance I finished the open forest one at 9 and there are not any at Koffie so should I focus on the primary NPC for the story for more quests to show up or is it based on level?

EXP: Complete Kressida's pebble collect orders to unlock weekly pebble collect orders for nearly all the fields. Hans and Revelle also have eventual extra unlock orders if you do enough of their COs.

Items: Zieg's weekly COs let you net Lambda Grinders, which are necessary for grinding 13*, though start with Daily Crafts until all three craft lines are unlocked. Alis's orders are also worth looking into but not as relevant now NTs are around.

The hunter weapon needs to be usable by Fighter class. You can do that by crafting or using weapons that come with that trait. just an example Ely Sion sword and the all class 13*.

Certain weapons of all class types are multi-class. You'll have to look up which ones on a wiki.
You can also craft weapons to be usable by other classes. Class Add-on (Fighter) is worth around ~200k at the moment on Ship02.
Keep in mind that your subclass must be able to use the weapon type normally, otherwise you won't have access to their PAs.

I would recommend doing Advance Quests to get you started on Red Weapons if you are into crafting. You can do it the moment you unlock VH difficulty.

If not, doing Challenge Quests are a good way to build up points for getting Ideal weapons. It requires you to have SH unlocked though.

After that, doing weapon collections are also good. However it requires XH which you cannot unlock until level 70.

Yes Break stance applies on every already broken breakable part : it's pretty much an unconditional stance against Magatsu.
I'm not sure for towers : logic says it would apply but sega is so inconsistent for this kind of stuff I'd rather not give any definitive answer.

I understand how matterboard works I'm just confused on this specific part of the matterboard. You can use add-hunter but in all honestly if you play multiple classes I think its best to just keep crafting till all-class with Equip Conditions. Also if you level other classes to Lv75 you get all around stats for doing so that applies to all characters. I think having bouncer Lv75 gives more dex.

fodder, like affixing fodder, grinders/mates/synths/atomizers/other common items are usually sorta watched by sega, very loosely to be sure but best thing is to not use a common item, use a 6~8 slot trash affix fodder and you should be safer than using a common item (although I've used common items before for stuff like that and I'm fine)

Twin Machineguns are currently the best weapon due to Elder Rebellion. Bullet Bow is still a top contender, though, since they just got Million Storm about two weeks ago. Your class doesn't really matter all that much; it's up to preference, unless you have a 13* and it isn't equippable by the class you want to use it with.

Sheen > if by sub unit you mean a white talon or a piece of equipment crafter to the special HP, it's normal. White Talon has an "innate" bonus of +100HP.
The extra Ratk can come from a set bonus, but what also can be is that you're really bad at maths. ;)

We have a smallish team that does the translating when they have free time from school(uni)/work. There's documentation on the modding thread, which if you know what files to search for, you can change the lines yourself. Our work for PSO2es is fully documented and someone can do that themselves.

There's other things that are intentionally left out, to prevent sega from patching.

Mags go up to Lv 200 right now. For melee classes, you want to max out your mag's S-Atk; Dex is useless for virtually all purposes, katana included. The 25 you've already invested isn't a big deal. Just make sure the rest goes into S-Atk.

Yep. And remember: 1) Right now, that sword is the most powerful 12* sword at the moment, and 2) right now, it's the only weapon with that specific potential. I'm just waititng for SEGA to add some 13*s (maybe 14*s) with the same potential...

Look, I'm all for letting people play how they want, but why would you try to bank on an 18% damage buff (from only that weapon btw, becomes useless if you switch to another weapon) from a stance that (at best / max SP) does nothing to your damage output?
If you really want to tank, max out Automate + Iron Will + Massive Hunter, dumping the rest of your points into Fury Stance so your damage is still good.
Please don't misunderstand me. I would actually like Guard Stance to have a purpose in this game. But in its current form, you are literally gimping yourself with it.

Everything in a wide area die fast with Chaos Riser spam anyway, there's no real demerit.

Magatsu Emergency Quest on SH or XH. While using a 250% Booster, you can get anywhere from fifty to one-hundred 10* and 11* weapons to swap for ExCubes.

His COs that say Normal+ should be the Time Attack ones, he has 7 TACO, 1 for each TA except for the solo TA.
He has 4 other COs for TA, 3 of them requires you do do any TA on VH 1, 3 and 5 times. The last one requires you to do any TA on SH once.
He also has COs for Extreme Quests.

1. Assuming you don't fail any grind, it will be 6,664,000 for your total cost. Only one can be used per grind set. It is not an NT weapon so unlocking will reset your grind to 0.
2. Yes, if you do not fail and only use 1 +7 grind skip.
3. It cannot be ground to +35 since it is not an NT type weapon. You do not have to worry about obtaining multiple weapons, but obtaining another Austere will take it to 60 element.
4. Not too much if you can just get a 3rd or obtain 2 more +5% for 13m each.
5. Around 70m should suffice but prices will spike up for the affix boost, so expect to pay a bit more. I'm not counting too many failures either.

You have to grind it to +10 then unlock potential which will revert it back to +0, you have to grind it to +10 again then unlock next level of potential. In total, you have to grind to +10 4times, and yes, you can use +7skip for each time

Craft and level are separated. You can max craft PA without max level and vice-versa.
To level up PA, go XH and kill things for lv17 (the cap for PA/technique) discs.

This is a very subjective question. Each class has its own merits that make it fun to use. It ultimately comes down to how fast you want combat to be executed.

As for the best mobbing class, it's Force or Melee Techer.

Melee Techer specs for either T-ATK or S-ATK. S-ATK Techers exploit Wand's ridiculously high normal attack damage and use Techniques as support for their own strikes. T-ATK Techer exploit Wand Gear to deal massive AOE burst damage with Zondeel. The drawback to even using Melee Techer at all is that your bossing ability is nonexistent.

As for classes I like, I play Gunner. It's fast, fluid, and stylish (Roll) and has crazy damage potential with Chain Trigger. It's mostly a bossing class with few mobbing tricks. I personally prefer fast gameplay over methodical nuking gameplay (AKA Force).

Minor details to fix:

Disks up to level 16 can be found in SH
Disks up to level 15 can be found in VH (though VH fields up to ruins do not have level 50+ enemies, making those fields only drop up to level 14 on VH)
Disks up to level 17 can be found in XH, and ult. Lvl17 versions of SHAQ specific disks can be found in their respective SHAQs without boosting risk.

Disk level drops depend on the levels of the enemies and difficulty, so boosting SHAQ risks high enough will cause lvl17 disks to drop.
Also XH quests have a possibility of dropping any rare PA previously exclusive to specific rare enemies (eg: shunka shunran, or banish arrow can drop from any XH enemy)

To be more specific, S-Atk is more suitable for soloing with TE/HU, since they use wand/partisan/gunslash for bossing despite being quite weak compared to every other classes.
T-Atk is more suitable for general play, since tech explosion uses T-Atk in the first place, also TE/BR and TE/FI can use tech for better DPS and TE/HU with their low DPS nature should just provide support.

Shift Period is pretty much the only mobbing Art TMGs get. It lands easy headshots and has good range and coverage, so it'll break down enemies in a flash if you're surrounded. You can also sub Ranger and learn Gravity Bomb, which opens up some other options, including single target PAs like Infinity Fire Type-0, Diffuse Shell, and Satellite Aim that can combo with Gravity Bomb to break down mobs.
