Because of efficiency. It takes a while to clear the whole map. Clearing the mizers and then resetting is faster to get their respective souls(Still sells very well in myshops) and their rare mobs.

Yes, because the 60-65 bracket means it rolls an extra time on every kill.
Also, they will be increasing drop chance of lesser rares soon. That should make it even easier.

I probably got around 15 ten stars from the two Transmizers in the past two days (with +100% tri-boost and +250% rare drop boost).

Already answered, but it's also very good for farming ten star rares.

If you have one of the weapons that an extra 60 to each attack stat and another 3 pp totally to 120 and 22 respectively.

You can buy something with AC and then hope SEGA screws up bigtime within 6 months of your purchase, then they might give you a one day premium ticket.
Having a one time password increases the chances of them compensating you with a premium ticket.

If you've been collecting a huge stack of 10 stars, one day of premium is pretty much all you need.
It's a shame they don't sell single day premiums. I'm sure a lot of people would buy it.

Damage is based on number of hits. For max damage it is 30 hits.
Edit: It is based on the number of consecutive hits with 30 being the highest multiplier.

...which brings me to my next question. Does anyone know how much does the "Judgement Time" actually boost the effect of Average Stance? Just wondering if I should aim for some different katana. Atm using the new katana from Falz Arms(ラムダカリシズマ). It seems to be pretty much BIS amongst katanas within reasonable price range.

It will stay in your shop till you remove it or someone else buy it.
You can still go collect your income after your shop ticket run out.

So most people, save their 3 day My shop ticket, then collect rare and put it on then collect the income after it all sold.

If you don't log in for 60 days (not sure the number, it might be totally different), it automatically sends all unsold items to your temp storage.
If you don't take them out of temp storage quickly, they get deleted forever.

Aside from the above, as long as you log in fairly regularly, your items will stay in shop until they sell or you take them down.

I think it also counts your last login date. I don't think it throws the shop down if you've been regularily logging in but you had the bad luck of not getting a shop ticket with FUN. But I might be mistaken. <_<

Having issues S ranking the exploration quests on hard mode. I noticed just skipping enemies doesn't get you S rank, and I noticed that you need to kill enemies. Although I do kill enemies along the way, I still don't get S rank.

Do I have to kill all enemies?

I actually do the opposite, but I guess it works the same. Skip area 1, kill everything in area 2 while you move towards the next area exit and stay around as long as you think you can spare for the boss if you're on a time trial.

The kill requirement for an S rank seems to be a fixed number, not a % of however many enemies end up spawning or whatever. It might be based on which layouts appear in the mission - otherwise you'd be punished for getting the Vardha stage in Desert Exploration and whatnot.

By which I mean I am. Have been multiple times, too, because Varder seems to insist on spawning in the exact same areas where my particular teleporter is only a few blocks away from area 2, and it appears there rarely enough during my infrequent visits to Lilipa's desert for me to be all "Hey, maybe NOW Sega finally fixed that B-rank bullshit" every single time time it happens.

Other than scheduled ones, EQs and IRs occurs every 2-3 hours and bout 3-4? hours after falz elder. So it's the scheduled falzs that are breaking the rotation of EQs/IRs the past week actually.

Note: Count down starts 1 after EQ started with the exception of Falz which is idk 45-to an hour 1 or so until message "Gain Glory" is gone because I notice EQs don't pop up 2-3 hours after the message that happens after the EQ which lasts I think almost half-an-hour or an hour. Countdown begins right after IR since those ends on the hour mark.

However I can be completely be proven wrong though because of the lower playtime to not see EQs as often as I have now comparing the summer which is where I got my theory from.

Ok I am curious, does one of the new pieces of the FO tree 'T-ATK High Up' rise your t-atk or only during PF? It just seems weird, and I am curious, because I think that if I were to max 'T-ATK High Up' and PF more than the pre-req to get High Up then it would outweigh the unnecessarily high damage to use against mobs.

Because clearly, FO does much damage and cutting out like 1.0 damage for PF to use for bosses is worth it imo. Especially using PF against DF, Namegid + Weak Stance maxed would do a LOT of damage on a wb tagged arm.

Even though, this is all talk out of only having 1 tree available, and until I get AC for another FO tree, I can wait and have this mob/boss killing tree until then.

If you've taken a look at the player shops after each update, there are quite a few people that do AC scratch solely for selling them off and making meseta.

What's the process for selling XQ Passes? I've seen that there needs to be some communication, but there's no 'on paper' method. I've got around 20 that have no use in the near future for me.

when you create a party and go to the gate at AQ/XQ you can pick who pays: you pick in this case the leader, thats how you sell them - there is no guarantee that whoever you sell the passes to won't scam you, to get the meseta you'd need to have at least a shop with some trash items for the other party to pay you

If I recall correctly, it's the third last option on the quick menu when in battle, and the 4 options that appear are "Photon Burst, Photon Chain, Attack, Do nothing".

Yes they have different cooldowns and yes they can trigger back-to-back but very unlikely.

From what I understand, duplicate abilities work like this:

Cooldowns aren't shared. If you had 8 HP Restore As on your MAG, you'd be able to proc the heal very frequently.

Having duplicate abilities doesn't improve their proc rate. If one of your off-cooldown abilities doesn't proc when its condition is met, the game ignores any other copies of the ability.

And the same goes for ability successes, too. If the ability does proc, the game skips over any remaining copies of the ability, so you won't have several of them trigger at once.

There is indeed unisex hairstyles, but I don't think that's one of them.

Run a file check with the tweaker and see if that helps.

+100% rare enemy spawn rate does not mean that the spawn rate is 100%.

Its their current spawn rate x2, so if it's .02% it be .04%.

I am still unable to run Mech Power Survey: Desert, but now the game crashes whenever I try to open the Mag Menu; only Mags, though, all other menus are perfectly fine. I've tested this 4 times now, and tested the Quest 5 times... I think I'll try running a file check through the original update instead of the Tweaker @.@

But does anyone have any other suggestions?

When I had a problem with game guard I just deleted the folder and did a file check, which re-added it. Worked fine after that.

B20 (shown as B-020 in game) and every other block that starts with a 0 are PC only blocks. B1xx are vita only blocks, and B2xx are PC & vita blocks. There is a pc/vita english block but idr what it is atm.

Block 20 is a PC only block the 100 blocks are Vita only channels while the 200 blocks are the shared PC/Vita channels. You'll want to head to 218 for other english speaking players on the Vita.

For melee and range, pretend your weapon has a % bonus to its attack that's typed as whatever element the weapon is. (techs don't get weapon attribute bonuses) For the most part, typing your weapon to what your fighting is a lot less important than getting your weapon to a high/max attribute amount (50% is max), because weakness bonuses will only apply to the bonus attribute attack.

That is true. Premium gives you access to all of the Symbol Art slots.

When I start up PSO2, it comes up with an error report, if I decide to not send it in, it most of the time will not launch the game, but then sometimes it will, and always if I send it in. Recently though, the game has been very laggy and has entirely crashed my PC once so far making the screen go split and colored weirdly then making a loud beeping noise.

Play quarry (all arks quests and free explore), do xie's COs (the seasonal NPC), and do those lillipan EQs in quarry. This should fill most of the arks bingo card for the first side. The bingo card is really self explanatory when you look at the card and what you have to do for each space.

I have yet to do the reverse side though.

i answered this earlier in this thread. While it's called lillipan treasure hunt, the EQ code is Escort so don't skip it just for that reason. I've done it like 5 times in the last week in arks quests (quarry), specifically the soma one, and free explore quarry. Cake shop always appears in A2 of trick or treat 2 right near the beginning, or at least it has for me.

You get a color palette for the main color of the outfit. Only the main color is changed.

This is a special effect that comes from the 11* weapons that can be traded at the spellstone shop so you can only have that effect with those weapons.

I encountered a weird thing and I wanted your opinion. I was testing FIghter/FOrce. Yes, FIghter/FOrce and not FOrce/FIghter (personal reasons). I had a Freeze I weapon, Chase Advance 10/10 and Freeze Keep 5/5. I think you know what I wanted to do... Put mobs in ice coffins and slay them (with 140% damage) during their stasis. But even though Freeze Keep had made wonders when I used it as a Main-FOrce, I was sad to see each of my coffins broke instantly when I hit them (tested 30+ times).

QUESTION : Is Freeze Keep only available when your Main Classe is FOrce ?

You must completed all of the Coastal quests, including coastal free exploration, to unlock Quarry.

Just bosses. Sega has never told us the official number but from my experience, I would estimate the drop rate boost for items usable by your class is +100% to +200%.

Sazan (and Shifta) can drop from red containers, domes (the ones that activate and you can break them), drills (both regular and the super one that gives many items) and red blufs. They can also drop from darkaimes, but I don't think that code ever spawns in this quest.

For all 3 areas of this quest, you should ignore enemies when possible to save time. You generally want to get to area 3 asap so don't go too far out of your way searching the map for red containers. However, in area 2, you should always check the two dead ends of the elevated hallway sections, as these will always have at least 2 containers and a high chance of blufs.

Area 3 is the main focus and has drills, many domes and usually many blufs.

Now for the trick. If you spot a black bluf, you can touch it and it will respawn, with the chance of being red. The best way to touch it without taking damage is to dodge through it. When a red one spawns, attack it twice to destroy it (I use an uncharged Razan) and it will drop the same stuff as a red container. Up to 3 blufs will spawn in the same spot.

Lastly, it doesn't matter what class you use. You will have the same chance of getting Sazan and Shifta discs.

Thank you very much for the tip. This should make hunting it easier. Although, I sometimes skip the elevated sections in A2 especially when they have a button barrier around it and quite a few bulky enemies are after me. Don't really use macros for that.

I fight Dark Falz with many chars. Before they implemented the class item bonus, I was finding roughly the same number of Elder Rods and Elder Rifles. After the change, I was finding way more rods than rifles.

I used nafoie from a rod, and also had PP convert available in case surrounding enemies slowed me down. If you are having trouble, you could invite a friend and do them together. You can tell in advance when a dome will activate by the color of the line on it.

Sorry to bother but I made a test with Fi/Fo and Fo/Fi both using a Double Saber.
It failed for FIghter/FOrce (shattering ice) but worked for FOrce/FIghter (resistant ice).

Is there any possible way to remove or reduce the visual effects of sandstorms?

While Sega wishes for us to see sandstorms in full HD glory regardless of how low you drop graphical settings, and my low FPS during them allows me to see more of their glorious HD sandstorm details creeping by than anyone at a normal level of FPS could possibly ever appreciate, I seriously want to kill this effect.

I'm sick of getting sub 10 FPS while sandstorms rage for 95% of the time and dingells/zesh are killing me with ease because as simple a maneuver as running in a circle while turning the camera is exceedingly difficult even with a stationary target.

What you are doing is the fastest way, unfortunately. You can't bind another subpalette to a hotkey, like you can with a weapon, or anything. Multiplatform releases really do make PC players suffer.

On the brighter side, there's often a technique or two that make the rest look completely worthless. If not in general, then at least in a given area.

Yeah, PSO2 would be a much better game if it wasn't always such a huge pain up the ass to get to the attack you actually want to use.
It's all these little things that ruin everything. It's as if SEGA's design process goes like this.
1. Come up with a really great concept.
2. Find a stupid way to ruin it.

I've been trying to fit my potions, Braver stances and atomizers on a single bar and it's just not going to happen.
Same with Territory Burst, the Techs I want to have on the bar, and PP ignition or whatever it's called.
There's simply not enough space, and switching between shortcut bars takes forever because they buried it inside the weapon switching menu.

TACO stands for Time Attack Client Order. Chroto hands them out when you unlock the first TA quest after clearing Subdue De Malmoth or Free Tundra Exploration (can't remember which one exactly). They are the best way to make money and can be redone on a daily basis.

TACO = Time Attack Client Order. TA Quests can be picked up at the Quest Counter and its CO are given by Klotho. You'll need to clear Free Exploration - Tundra to unlock the first TACO. Best way to earn Meseta by far.

Tundra is the fourth area you unlock and enemies are roughly Lv20-25. I double checked and you have to clear Free Field Tundra before you unlock the first TA.

@Terrence - I just check'd it out with Techer, Hunter and Fighter as Mains and it works. I did Techer with a Wand and a Gun Slasher, Hunter with a Partisan and Fighter with a Knuckle. Blind and Ice work together too. The biggest problem is getting the Ice to proc.. Freeze I & II aren't good enough with Melee; go with III or higher with FI & FO boosts to proc rates also adding a mix of Ice Techs to get the best results

In my experience, Freeze Keep works with the freeze that can proc from a Mag's Barta, too. That or I accidentally was using a freeze weapon and not paying attention.

Now for bonus points, can someone please figure out if Halfline Boost works with techs?

Kietsu - It's anything that freezes and having you being able to hit over and over without breaking it. Well all the boots "should" work to together. If we took FI / FO we could have an additive or a Multiple with the SE. .1+.2+X2 = 2.3% * the base or 1.1*1.2*X2 = 2.64% * the base. Now Techs start out around 20 or 20% proc rate. The others go off the Freeze Level on the weapon going between 10 ~ 30 or 10% ~ 30%. So a Level I at 10% should make it 23% or 26%. Level 5 at 30% should be around 69% or 79%. That Techs should be 20 ~ 30 also. So with half life with PF on with max Freeze could net you a 70% ~ 80% proc rate and add that with Blind and the Chases with Zondeel with Ice Techs it "could" be mean.

It appears that the titles that give you stones are "Beginner Weapon Collector", "Intermediate Weapon Collector" and "A Pretty Cool Guy With Weapons", which you get for 200, 250 and 300 different weapons in your pokedex, respectively. As for the capsules, you are guaranteed to get one each time you finish the top level of the XQ. The capsule that you get corresponds to the stones that drop in the same quest. You need Heart Keys, so you play... Uh... Whichever XQ gives out Heart Keys, I guess.

Do it in any MPA area or AQ, preferably with other people. PSE Burst happens if you manage to get any PSE to level 8, and then get lucky enough to kill an enemy that triggers the burst during the "PSE Burst Chance" countdown.

A lot can be said about PSE mechanics, but it ALL boils down to "kill lots of shit, fast".

It's a guaranteed drop, but first you have to fill the bar by killing multiple Blu Ringdha. Hard Difficulty Quarry Exploration is the best choice for you.

I read the swiki, and while I'm still not sure how it works (having never used the PA), I think it says that it only blocks the attacks in front of you, and JG effect doesn't linger if you stop attacking and move instead, or something.

Also, daggers sometimes JG on their own when you attack. I assume it also only works on attacks in front of you, and guess that's supposed to make up for the lack of range.

Don't be. If SEGA really didn't want people outside of Japan to play PSO2, they would have did something by now. They know that a good majority of players ARE outside of Japan, and if they start IP-banning them, it could total the community and in turn the game.

No players outside of Japan mean less players, less players can mean a lot of things.

I suppose the catch is that Braver isn't the best Subclass for all of them. Braver probably subs best for Force or Techer, but with Fighter and Gunner, you have better options.
