You should be getting them on the new character when they give them out, but they have changed things so that they are given out via the Visiphone rather than in the System Storage.

Nowadays you can trade it for mag level down device, it's 50 cubes/device for 1 level down.
Other than that it's usually grind/affix +30% or FUN scratches.

Do striking attacks from a wand use T or S for damage?

Rayden
May 16, 2015, 01:19 AM
Assuming you have Wand Gear, they use both S-ATK and T-ATK. The regular part of the attack does S-ATK damage and the explosion does T-ATK damage.

Is it true that Sharpshooter on RA tree stops functioning at a certain far enough distance?

Z-0
May 16, 2015, 07:11 AM
Correct. To give an example, let's use Altar TA (the last room):

1 2
----Cater
3 4

If you fire from buttons 1 and 3, Sharp Shooter does not apply, but if you fire from buttons 2 and 4, Sharp Shooter functions as normal. Goes without saying that if you're too close to the enemy it also doesn't work.

So I equip my [Twin Reaping] and somehow the PA icon for [Bloody Sarabane] is somewhat different (It has blue outline) compared to the one on other weapon? Does it give bonus or something? Appearance-wise, nothing change.

Forget it, I get it already. Preinstalled PA.

If I want to use an Add Special Ability while affixing a 4s item, will it get me to 5s without any reduction in ability success rate, or will it count as one of the abilities being added?

KazukiQZ

^The latter will happen. Also, upslotting 4->5 outside of 10% boost week has maximum chance of 90%, so if you're not willing to take the risk, it's better to settle with temporary 4slot for now.

Every character will receive a pass now, regardless of lvl (you don't need subclass either, I had a character at lvl 1 in first class and he got the pass).

But you don't get an exclamation mark anymore, you now have to got to Campaign Rewards > Item Receipt: Character.

Also a question of my own: Recently I'm getting a bug where I cannot copy item names. Neither English nor Japanese, I am not even getting the message that any text was copied to the clipboard. Copying text from chat works fine, though.

Is anyone else getting this bug? Anything I can do besides filecheck or re-install?

THIS WEAP IS FUQING USELESS THEN.

The only reason i bothered grinding it was to taste teh brokenness. Now it's goddamn gone, sega come on. 2 cyclones is just lame, I can achieve that with my normal DS's stupid assholes.
I think 2 cyclones is just too much of a nerf, shouldn't it be at least 3? 2 is like useless in every situation in this game, you might as well not cyclone then.

You can still build your gear pretty quickly with it, and it's still useful if you want to abuse Hurricane Sender and Chaos Riser.

Xaeris
May 16, 2015, 02:38 PM
It's still an excellent latent. Since double sabers' base attack values don't scale very high (even the 13*s hover around 1k S-Atk), the latent choice is more important than it is on other weapons, and being able to spam 3-bar Chaos Riser is a boon.

The thread about another member getting their account hacked and having their characters deleted is kind of worrying me because I don't want the same thing to happen to my account but I don't understand how someone can hack into someone else's account. I thought you were required to input a code from a confirmation email if you were trying to play from a different IP address? Did they change this? Is there another way to increase the security on my account? I don't have PSO2es and don't have an Android phone I can get it on, so how easy is it to use with Bluestacks?

Also how do you check your login history?

Well, for an extra layer of security, you can use the OTP.
But require a Smartphone, or use Bluestack program to emulate a android smartphone to downloa the OTP Password

I played PSO2 for a while a little less than a year ago and got level 43 or something like that. And the reason i stopped playing essentially was because i found myself doing missions and what not alone. (Other than the Emergency quests) back then when block 20 i believe was always full and i could find people for Time attack and such.

But i hopped on the game a few months ago and there was really no block that was "Alive" and a lot of people chatting. Is it more of a "Solo game" where you just get max level and solo everything? When i get max level will i find more people to play with?

Also, I never really caught on to tthe whole "class building" thing. I see people talking about it in the forums and im just like: Will i understand as i play through the game?
Or is there a guide somewhere about builds and what not?

All help is appreciated

P.S Do i still have to use a VPN to login now?

Equipment Level 20 to unlock level 3, then you need to craft level 3 once to get 8, and 8 once to get 10.

Yes, almost all launcher PA's are incompatible with standing snipe due to displacement during the animation.

Will any of the following have issues running on x64 Windows 8.1? Planning to do a fresh install after upgrading my PC (´・ω・`)

Not using Tweaker here, but PSO2 Client run smoothly in-game ..... except when closing PSO2. Most likely GameGuard problems though (had to restart Windows Explorer via TaskManager every time I'm done playing). Probably just me too. But I dunno.

That's what I feared, compatibility issues with GG. But if it's fixed besides the occasional hiccups I think I can live with that (´・ω・`) was actually expecting something a bit more worse than blue screen.

How does Anga Fundarge decide what to be resistant against?

Most damage, and this can result from a lot, but it seems like a total. So if you have a lot of DPS boss slayers like bouncer, you'll want to examine what weapons
they're using and so on. With techer, just throwing Zanverse down is enough to usually proc a wind resistance, wink wink. If you have two Gunners and they
both decide to chain with tmgs, there goes the tmg resistance. Same with Volg Combo and Banish Arrow. There's a lot of tells, just be sure you have a
weapon to get around the resistance.

Iirc, if you: normal attack on the ground once > Zero Distance, you will get Standing Snipe, but if you JA with another Zero Distance, this one will not get SS effect. Normal attack in the air > Zero Distance will not get Standing Snipe, iirc.

This apply to all Launcher PAs too. (Correct me if I'm wrong, other RAs!)

My question: Weapon crafting Silva-material level. It raise the min damage to 80%, but I heard it differs from 11* to lower stars one. If yes, does anybody know the correct min damage for every star (group)?

From what I know:

11* -> 80%
10* -> ?
7-9* -> ?
4-6* -> ?
1-3* -> ?

What are the requirements for being able to extend units past ext5? Cirnopedia doesn't seem to have any info on this and the translation of the japanese wiki is not super clear.

" 「リア/アーム/レッグ○撃防御エクステンド経験3」の実績を解除(EXLV5以上でクラフト実行×10回) "
which google translates to
" Release the performance of "rear / arm / leg ○撃防your extended experience 3"
(Kraft run × 10 times in EXLV5 more) "

I know for a fact that I have done lv5 unit extends at least 10 times since I just recrafted my ext5 unit 7 times and already had extended my 3 units to 5, but I don't have access to ext6.

^Make sure to follow the specific route for each recipe unlock.
Example 1: Crafting Rear unit at Exend Level 5 (S-Def) 10 times will unlock Craft Rear unit Extend Level 6 and 7 for S-Def ONLY. So, to unlock other recipes (R-Def and T-Def), you have to craft the specific type 10 times. Also same case with other parts

If you are unlocking this for Special Craft Level 8 (HP or PP), it's better to focus on either S-Def or R-Def route (1 only). I personally only unlock Extend Level 6 and 7 for R-Def only.

Extend Route Example:

ExLv1 (Rear, S-Def)
|
ExLv2 (Rear, S-Def)
|
ExLv3 (Rear, S-Def)
|
ExLv4 (Rear, S-Def)
|
ExLv5 (Rear, S-Def) <---Repeat this 10 times to unlock Lv6 and 7.
|
ExLv6 (Rear, S-Def)
|
ExLv7 (Rear, S-Def)
|
ExLv8 (Rear, S-Def) <--Auto unlocked from the start
|
ExLv9 (Rear, S-Def) *Idk how to unlock. I only go as far as lv8 =3=*
|
ExLv10 (Rear, S-Def) <-Auto unlocked from the start

Just replace the 'Rear' with Arm or Leg, and 'S-Def' with R-Def or T-Def for other recipe routes.

For Special Craft, it goes like this:

Lv20 Equipment Crafting
|
ExLv3 Special (Rear, HP) --->Do this once to unlock Lv8 Special. Unit with ExLv 2 or 3 (from the chart above) can use this recipe.
|
ExLv8 Special (Rear, HP) --->Do this once to unlock Lv10 Special. Unit with ExLv 7 or 8 can use this recipe.
|
ExLv10 Special (Rear, HP) --->Unit with ExLv 9 or 10 can use this recipe.

Just replace 'Rear' with Arm or Leg, and 'HP' with PP or....just PP. Who use Resist Craft anyway?

Special crafted Saiki set is always better than uncrafted one. You lose some S/R/T/ice resist but gain either 100HP or 10PP per unit compare to the initial 50HP. Also, you can throw in Relax Equip Condition +30% to make them equipable from early level.

its not exactly +12%.

issue with resist is that there are diminishing returns.

so 100% - 4% = 96%

then 96% - 4% = 92.16%

so on and so forth.

So after a while the resists stop making a huge difference.

It's actually additive. The multiplicative thing is what happens on skill tree, not abilities. Thus, 12%.

Well, 12% is not really big compare to the benefits. HP craft means 150HP more, while PP craft provides superior glass cannon material

My question: Weapon crafting Silva-material level. It raise the min damage to 80%, but I heard it differs from 11* to lower stars one. If yes, does anybody know the correct min damage for every star (group)?

From what I know:

11* -> 80%
10* -> ?
7-9* -> ?
4-6* -> ?
1-3* -> ?

80% is roughly estimated, each weapon has a different number. You can read more here

I would assume not since they only spawn in single-party areas (single-party ARKS Quests and Boss rooms), unless they have changed that.

So about timed abilities...

I was doing some voyeurism by looking at other Fo and Te's equipment when I noticed a timed abilities called "Rare Drop Rate Up 5" or something like that. Besides doing the one that's available from the start in order to do Zieg's weekly orders, I haven't really done any Time Ability crafting, so I'll keep my questions short and to the point:

1- Does having "Rare Drop Rate Up 5" on all of my unit make a decent improvement on rare drops?

2- If yes to the previous question, how do I go on to unblock this timed ability (cirnopedia is not very clear on this subject)?

I'm not sure the about the actual numbers on that.
The Abilities themselves are randomly decided when you create the data drive and you get lv5 abilities on lv3 Data Drive crafts (except general planet, story[both cap at lv3], and free fields[cap at lv4]). Looks like you get a higher probability of getting Rare Drop Boost on the 5th and 20th of each month (based on Japan's timezone).

Yeah, but also consider that many times the crafters you end up putting a request with might not log in for a while. I personally think the meseta sink is worth being able to not have to rely on someone else for my gear.

7~9* max lv12
10* max lv10
11* max lv9People should stop answering questions with incorrect answers and spread false information...
The gold-tier material update applied to all weapon rarity categories, so now 10* goes up to level 11 and 7-9* goes up to level 13 as well. All categories got an increase of 1 level, not just 11* weapons.

As for the current subject at hand, IMO, tech crafting is the only one worth leveling yourself, since it's the only one where you have to personally spam crafts over and over in order to get perfect (or near perfect) results. And spamming crafts gets much more troublesome if you have to request it from others. It's not as bad if you're friends with someone with high craft level, I guess, but still not as ideal as doing it yourself.
With weapon/unit crafting, you really only need to do it once every so often when you get a new weapon or unit that you want to extend. It's fine to level the lower levels yourself to cut down on the time it takes to do a chain of requests, since that's much cheaper to do and Daily Crafts can help with that. But I don't think leveling to get the higher level recipes is worth it.
And time-limited abilities are probably the worst. Even if you spend time to level it up, and resources spamming data drive creations to get a good one, you're limited to only one slot per unit type, so if you want to create another one for some other area, etc., you have to get rid of your current one. It's so much easier and cheaper to just find someone random with the best results and request it from them.

Shifta and Shifta drink apply stictly to base stats right?

so if your base is 1000, that means 200 + 200, or does one modify based off the other e.g 1000 + 200 = 1200 + 240?

LonelyGaruga

Strictly base stats. Shifta is a 19.7% increase (before applying Shifta Advance, if applicable), while Shifta Drink EX is a 20% increase. So 1000 ATK would be 1000 + 197 + 200 = 1397.

I just did a quick test, with my base S-ATK being 915, based on the calculations I should've had 915 + 180 +183, which is 1278. When I actually applied both, I got 1314 S-ATK, which is 36 more S-ATK than calculated. So I dunno if there isn't some hidden stacking somewhere...

That ...... would be ..... 915 * 1.2 (Shifta Drink) * 1.197 (Shifta) = 1,314.306 ....... o-O

So ....... with that base Atk of 915 and ShiftaDrink (20%) .....

915 * 1.2 * 1.24625 = 1,368.3825

compared to previous one ..... 1,314 ......

+54 ..... probably ~2% o_o

Only 2% increase .... but if you gave the bonus to 11 people ..... might be worth it, especially if you got SP to spare. Made people happy too maybe .... seeing their damage get even more boost, even if it's just a small increase.

By looking at the Craft shops, it would seem that effects are random, so even I were to buy 1, I can't be certain that I'll be getting Rare Drop Boost.

So this raises a new question as well as one of the previous one:

1- If I don't get the effect that I want, can I overwrite it with another one or must I wait the entire 6~7 days of usage?

2- What's the % boost of using Rare Drop Boost 5 on a unit?

The effect you get when you update your data drive is the effect you get every time you create a timed ability. So if you request a timed ability for someone who has rare drop up you will always get rare drop up.

Also crafting a timed ability gives you a consumable item you use to apply it to the unit you are currently wearing, so if for some reason it comes out as something you don't want you don't have to apply it. Not sure about the % increase though

It seems that you misunderstand something.

Recipe ------Update------> Data Drive ------Create------> Timed Ability Data ------Use------> Timed Ability

A recipe contains area, level of main effect, range of which sub-effects can take.
A Data Drive contains area, type and level of main effect, sub effect(s).
A Timed Ability Data is a consumable item contains anything a Data Drive has plus a time of effect.

A crafter will keep updating till they get the desired Data Drive (Rare Drop Up plus good sub-effects)
When you request for a Timed Ability, you request to create, so the effects are constant and determined by the Data Drive the crafter has.
Thus, you can just look for a Rare Drop Up, you will certainly get it, no worry.

And to answer your question
1. Yes, you can overwrite them on your units anytime.
2. Swiki doesn't seem to got the exact number, it's listed as significant or something

From what I understand, Sacrifice Bite "sucks photons" out of targets when you stab them to strengthen you attack, you see this with the blue photony effect around the sword. The pot for this sword actually increases Tech damage when Sacrifice Bite's strengthening is in effect, which is why it has relatively high T-ATK. If you are a tech-user of any kind, it could be a good choice, but strictly as a Sword, its pot leaves better options.

Tbh swiki doesn't actually say anything about it and I never bothered to check since they both apply to base stats, so it didn't seem very sensible for them to stack like that. It's one of those things where common sense would dictate it doesn't, but turns out to be wrong.

Unless I'm forgetting something, 1100 T-Atk and a 25% dmg latent makes a better Ragrants stick than everything short of Gravlios. Maybe Gravlios too, I'd have to check the calculator for that one. Granted, no Charge Escape, but you get Just Guard in its place.

It has better damage by about 5% compared to Gravilios and Caduceus, but requires you to Sacrifice Bite beforehand, which requires upkeep every minute and takes away time that could be spent using Ragrants. Even with how fast Sacrifice Bite is on bosses, you'd still lose out on 1-2 Ragrants in the time it takes to pull it off, and a 5% increase in damage isn't close to worth that. You'd also need 50 light for it to out-damage a light rod, and it would have to be strictly for bosses since maintaining Sacrifice Bite for mobs is a waste of time compared to using a regular tech weapon.

And it's worse than every 13* tech weapon too. Lindcray is just overrated.

If you followed the converation, you would see that Garuga's answer was actually directed to Xaeris' wondering if the potential of a Lindcray made it the best Ragrants weapon short of Gravilios.

ie. Mildora's question lead to Xaeris wondering something lead to Garuga giving clarification.

It's a discussion based on a relevant tangent.

No no i meant the ranking not points ^^;
Basically the amount of CM you get at the end is your score, and the party which gains the most amount of CM in one run is at the top of the ranking.

This means you need:

M10 100% completion (12360)
All mile crystals (530)
Party Bonus (20)
Max Interval Bonus (600)
No Death Bonus (20)

For a total of 13530 CM maximum. Basically, you need to play in a 4P party, get 100% at every interval AND the M10 finish VR, while also completing the M3/8 mile rushes and the M6 funji.

Right now, first place on Ship 2 is 13524, because we fulfilled the previous requirements except we only finished with 94% VR at the end instead of the full 100%, since it was just a casual run and we weren't really trying.
CM Rankings have an upper limit though (13530), so once you've got that you've won the rankings for the week guaranteed. Personally I'm not sure what to think of it, because I now find doing 13530 runs very boring since you're not really trying to do better, you're just trying to perform the same as before and hope you pick the VR up at the right time. ><

Adios > as far as I can read the question was "is that weapon worth grinding". If the question was "what's the absolute best weapon for Ragrants" then I stand corrected.

I was never talking about the best weapon to use in the first place. Caduceus is like the fifth or sixth best rod for Ragrants spam and the best that can be purchased. Lindcray is significantly harder to 50 element and grind and isn't even practical to use.

Thought it was obvious from context that I was saying Lindcray wasn't worth grinding. If it's more trouble and less useful then it wouldn't be worth grinding.

Lindcray is strong enough that anyone who comes asking about its worth as a teching weapon should be told of its merits and flaws and allowed to decide for themselves, rather than having it dismissed from their considerations without elaboration.

Sacrifice Bite essentially takes the place of the normal swing you'd use on a rod to get the JA going and even the weaksauce version lasts forty seconds which will fit most boss openings snugly even if used in advance of those openings appearing. As I already said, with Lindcray being a sword, it gets Just Guard and Step, either of which is usally a better defensive option than Mirage Escape. Also, being a sword, Lindcray will have better PP recovery via normal attacks against a group versus a rod between a bigger range and higher base recovery per swing (9/9/10 plus 5 from step attack vs. 5/6/9). Maybe one to one as well, but the swing speed probably shrinks the difference to the point that it's not really relevant.

There are the flaws, of course, like Sacrifice Bite itself consuming PP that could be used on a Ragrants, and Sacrifice's Bite effect cancelling if you switch to another weapon. Would I use one? ...Maybe? I dunno. Personally, I hate casting offensive techniques from the subpalette and avoid it for anything short of Rikauteri.

As for 13*s being better or needing to 50 it, I didn't think we needed to say that out loud.

I am incredibly confused. I need help. So I got pso2 vita back when it originally came out via the free download. I attached it to my pc account and played just fine till I ran out of space on my 8gb. Which at the time seemed ok. Fast forward how ever long it's been like what almost two years or something? I've always wanted to have the option back to play on vita when on the move or just don't want to be attached to the tv. So I got ep3 delux and I had a 32gb that I got with the vita but stupidly didn't use. I updated and everything. Then it asked me for a psn account. So I can't really read Japanese but I knew it was my wife's psn account that came up so I just pressed buttons till it accepted. Then I just logged in just like that no problems didn't have to even put in my pw like on pc. So um how the hell is that possible? I thought when this came out you needed a jp psn account to do the free download. Also new memory card didn't ask me for shit. Just came up with my characters. Can some one explain?

Physical copies doesn't require JP PSN. PSO2 login on Vita is done via PSN linking. If you've ever used your Google/Facebook/Twitter account to sign into another website, that kind of thing.

I don't feel like getting PF because of how long it works (and although 100 T-ATK for After Burst is better than dumping to T-ATK Up 1, there is a short duration of not getting extra T-ATK while waiting for cooldown)

If anyone has suggestions on replacing PP Up 2 with something better (Currently natural PP without PP Ups are 218, so with 2 PP Up it should be 238... 241 with cake)

If any of those "pros" to a sword are pros to you then you aren't playing Force right at all. Ragrants is strictly for DPS with PP Convert (at least as far as using Lindcray goes, since it has useless mobbing ability). PP regen on normals, Just Guard, evasive actions are completely irrelevant, and for Sacrifice Bite to be worth using over the loss of 1-2 uses of Ragrants, you have to land at least 20 in the span of Sacrifice Bite's duration for each Ragrants you missed out on (pretty sure you can use 2 in the time it takes to perform a Sacrifice Bite on a boss, but I don't use Sacrifice Bite because swords are bad anyway). If Sacrifice Bite lasts for 40 seconds, you have to get a Ragrants in every 1-2 seconds in that time frame in order to make up for the damage loss. Any fewer and your damage output is strictly inferior to a rod, no questions asked.

In other words, in practice, Lindcray is more work and less damage. It isn't even good for the other qualities it has as a sword, unless you like normals that are slower than rods, a terribly slow dodge that is less mobile than short hopping with Mirage Escape, and a guard that a tech user has no use for since you can still walk, jump, and dodge while charging a tech, and dodging lets you keep the charge (unlike blocking). It's strictly a gimmick weapon.

By creating and installing timed abilities. Crafting has a bunch of achievements, which are basically objectives: "craft such and such thing N amount of times" and the like. Attain a certain amount of achievements, depending on the level, and you'll level up.

This too. It's pretty easy to get someone to make timed abilities for you if you're looking for popular timed abilities, like for Ult Lillipa. The only reason to build up your timed crafting ability is if you want to make abilities for uncommon areas or use uncommon variations of timed abilities (i.e, anything besides Rare Drop Bonus) for whatever reason.

You're going to need to raise it back to Lv100 and get a mag form change ticket (recycle 3 AC scratch items for it) though.

does anyone have any opinion on the 12* weapons that you get with the new magatsu stones? i was thinking about picking up the rod, since my fo has a bert rodan, nepto rod, and wind elysion, but nothing really for dark or light casting, and the 15% damage increase sounds promising (especially with that faster pp regeneration).

(i don't currently have access to 11* passes, so unless the rng feels generous, weddle park and cadeceus aren't really an option)

Xaeris
May 19, 2015, 04:38 PM
Most of them are pretty good as far as stone weaponry goes. The damaging aspect of the latent is a non issue for most of the weapons as it only ticks every twenty seconds for a pitiable amount of HP and can't even deal lethal damage. It does make the TMG and twin daggers junk, since the damage affects their gears though. The rod though, is pretty solid if you're having bad luck with 13*s.

12* grinding isn't cheap though, so you need to weigh what kind of upgrade your getting against the cost, but since it sounds like you don't have any light weapon at all, you can't go wrong as long as you have enough stones to get it to 50 element out of the gate.

Gadianna and Seimei Kikami are 10* talises that are stronger than the 12* magatsu rod for light and dark respectively. Though if you don't have those and don't want to/can't get them or really don't want to use a talis then yeah magatsu rod is pretty good.

Really the only magatsu 12*s that are bad are the twin daggers and the TMGs, thanks to the latent not playing well with how both of their gears work.

Either that or just get the PP recovery one.

If anyone has suggestions on replacing PP Up 2 with something better (Currently natural PP without PP Ups are 218, so with 2 PP Up it should be 238... 241 with cake)IMO, Photon Flare is even better for for TD than for regular usage, since the breaks between waves helps negate most of the downtime for it. So for TD, I think Photon Flare is much better than just T-ATK Up 1. Also, for TD, Charge Escape (and Rod Keep Bonus) might be worth considering, since you can do things like save up an Il-Foie before a wave starts, and release it at full charge instantly (and free if you also get RKB). Not amazing, but something to consider over an extra 20-40 ATK during Photon Flare.
As for the Techter tree, I would rather just go a max Light+Dark tree instead of max Shifta + ATK tree. Light would be for bossing, which fire isn't very good at. If you're just going to exclusively leave bossing to Rangers, then I guess keeping the ATK skills would be fine. But at the very least, move all of the points in the PP Up skills over to Dark Mastery. Dark Mastery boosts Fomelgion's damage (even the fire portion of it) by another 44%. The difference is pretty dramatic. Also, Super Treatment is pretty useless in TD. The only time I see someone status'ed in TD is when someone is bad enough to actually get hit by an El Ahda's stringer attack (which happens once every blue moon). That point is much better moved to something like the first point in Light Mastery or an additional point in Territory PP Save.

Gadianna and Seimei Kikami are 10* talises that are stronger than the 12* magatsu rod for light and dark respectively.Light is not a great element to use a Talis with, though, especially for bossing, since you lose so much DPS during Ra-Grants spamming.

Better to go RaHu for Magatsu with Automate/Massive Hunter to help survive against random stuff. Your main job should be applying WB and mooning people, so the people with higher DPS classes (such as chain Gunners, FiHu/FiBo, etc) are able to just die on the platform and get revived immediately, instead of having to waste half a minute running from certain attacks and getting back on.

So Ra/Hu isnt one of the high dps combos any more then? Best thing to use is Homing Emission while he's moving. Hold HE > scan back and forth > Fire. With my Ideal I do like 100K per PA, which admittedly isn't very much but RA doesn't do a lot compared to stronger classes DPS wise, even as RaBr because Bow on Magatsu is not the smartest thing ever anymore (you lose WBs, for starters), unless you do Master Shoot Chains on the belly.

While he's stunned, spam Glory Rain. With Standing Snipe this does a lot of damage, but you can't get Standing Snipe while he's moving since you have to be in the same position to get it (SS is not actually anything to do with standing still, it's about staying on the same XYZ axis for a second).

Satellite Cannon is the best PA on the legs.

In some MPA's, Anga dies in literally like 5 seconds (5 sec for first round, and then when it wakes up, another 5 sec until dead). That's quite unbelievable and helps to speed things along for Anga farming.

I'm guessing WB + Gu/Hu (for CT + Volg combo) or something?

WB +

Br: banish/KA combo (hatou if no bow)
Fi: HC/volg combo
Hu: HC/rising edge -> OE/volg combo (idk which compares actually, HC might be best for bursting as fast as possible unless exception + titled)
Gu/(RA): chain sat aim
Fo: zanverse (assuming no one else is doing it) + ragrants (fomelgion/gimegid if light resistant only)
Bo: shift/new PA (I forgot name, don't play Bo l0l)
Te: banish + ragrants or plain wand smacking if TeHu (you better have a light wand if you're doing this).

Hello guys, If I'm here, it is because I can't choose a class to stick with.
I leveled my fighter to 75. My Bouncer is 71, my Hunter 61 and my braver in the 30.

I am someone who likes to do combo with PAs, for example with boots : Gran Wave - Moment Gale - Strike Gust, or with Twin Daggers : Raging Waltz / Symphonic Drive - Bloody Sarabande - Facet Folla.

And I was like "What class combo could I do maining or subbing Fighter ?". Because I am too lazy to level Hunter... :3

And then i thought "What about asking people of PSO-World, i could just tell what I like to do in PSO2 and thats all, they may help me".

So I would like to :
-Do efficient combo with PAs
-Can manage bossing and mobbing, and be useful in a MPA
-I don't say no to GU, but I have a S-atk Affixed Saiki set in the storage (but no rear unit) and I don't feel like Dudu would like to change my affixes. ;-;
I also have a rear Guranz unit, waiting for his arms to drop.

I also don't say no to any build recommandations. Thanks you. :3

Thought about FO too, but I am like a noob with PP managment xp.

And then I am like "Ice or Fire ? , Wind and Light or Dark and Light ?, Talis or Rod ?"
But i have crafted Negro (why this name sega) set so it could be okay, not for end game though. :3

Edit : Nvm, I already have a character for Force, just playing it at TE/BO wand atm.

-Rifle for WB/Sat can
-Launcher for mobbing

There's something weird with my camera. When I rotate it with the mouse and nudge it in a certain direction, like when you're adjusting your aim in TPS mode, the camera doesn't stop and keeps drifting in that direction.
What causes this issue? How do I solve it?

It depends of the "glowing claw" which are in fact, SH version of infections.

One attacks you for the lulz sometimes
One counterattack when you deal damage to the enemy
One recover HP to the enemy when it deals damage to you

How will i reduce dmg variance for Twin Dagger when i craft it, it says i need to use S-atk to equip it will i still need dex or higher S-atk. I'm asking this because Katanas when you craft you'll need DEX to equip and you'll obviously need DEX to reduce dmg variance. Thanks in advanced

Also how much dex to reduce dmg variance if i need DEX, my buddy said its 600 now?

I had this problem when switching to Windows 8. Fixed it by ticking this option on pso2.exe's properties:

So I recently got around to (semi) affixing my gear. As a Fi|Bo I use the Hyakka Ryouran +40ed and with Spirita IV, Bayari Soul, Love Fever and Power IV. On my saiki set I have it extended for PP at EX8 and with only 3s of Bayari Soul, Love Fever and Power IV. Would this at least be considered "average" or "decent?" Also, any alternate affix recommendations would be nice if I should correct myself.

Other than Gunslash and Katana which both need DEX as default requirement when crafted, other melee weapons should use S-Atk as requirement.

As for the 2nd question, this is what I got not long ago when asking a rather similar question:
http://www.pso-world.com/forums/showthread.php?t=222297
1st post could give you the rough idea to how much DEX is needed to reach the 90% min damage.

That's outdated. Max crafted 11* TDs need 607 Dex to negate variance on most Lv80 mobs, and 675 Dex for the high Dex bosses

But if you're using TDs in the first place you're probably a Fighter main, so just get Crit Strike + Crit and don't worry about Dex.

Shoot I was afraid i would have to affix my units. i was planning to affix my brisas with arm III on 2 of my units. Maybe i'm just being paranoid but I'm thinking of just affixing them and ill have about 600 dex. if not i'll have 540. Do you think its a good idea? I just like doing max dmg even if I dont have LB or crit field on. Thoughts?

Definitely go crit build and don't worry about dex. It's basically the purpose of fighter at this point- the extra 15% damage bonus, the ridiculously high crit rate with two stances. If you are subbing bouncer than you have 100% crit chance with crit field on. Of course theres the issue with what stance you use

IMO, don't worry much about the Dex amount, and just focus on Atk affix (and Spirita maybe?)

does break stance boost affect break stance D-bonus

KazukiQZ
May 22, 2015, 01:56 AM
^No.

Break SD Bonus only enables you to deal 45% of the Break Stance damage ONLY (which is 35% at 10/10). so you will do around 15-16% damage on unbreakable parts.

Is this also applicable to things like Enraged Stance? Things don't actually get 8% added to your fury stance, just 8% OF fury stance is added?

Example: 30% fury stance base from skill tree, does it make it 38%?
Or does it add 8% of 30%, making it about 32 or 33%?

The wording of the potential seems like those DBs that boost the effect of break stance by 60%, making me think it's the second example and it only gives 2% more.

Nah, they add the full % they state (well actually it's a multiplier so it's a 1.06x increase to Fury in your example, Fury potential is 6%). Niren Orochi's potential that boosts Break Stance is just a really high damage bonus to make up for how impractical Break Stance is. Break SD Bonus is the only thing in the game that works the way it does.

They also only display only up to three. This is why boost seeds only show fire lightning and ice even though they're weak to every element.

You have to craft the lv.3 version of the special recipes first for the lv.8 special recipes to unlock.
ie. One use of the lv.3 R-DEF PP Recipe unlocks the lv.8 R-DEF PP Recipe, and one use of the lv.8 R-DEF PP Recipe unlocks the lv.10 R-DEF PP Recipe.
