fix the exe's permissions, sometimes the tweaker fails to do this, as a second resort use rappyperms , if theres an issue with rappy perms, you will have to aquire permissions manualy.

if you have any issues regarding that pm me, since it can be tricky, in windows 8 is a bit tricky.
