Anyone getting black skin on the faces that pop up when some people talk?

I don't know what those face's are called in game, but sometime when they pop up they only have black skin. I think I just started getting this after the last patch. Other then that the game runs fine.

I just want to know if it's the game or if something is up with the new video card I just got 2 weeks ago.

so you upgraded graphics cards, well i suggest checking if theres any traces of the previous driver/card. and clean it up, i would also check if gpu is placed correctly "probbly is but eh id check it"

also if its an nvidia theres a new update, so installing said update might help you.
