Help beginning to play PSO2.

I know i'm gonna sound like i'm dumb as hell, sorry.

Just so everyone knows, i'm running a mac.

1 - Picking Virtual OS Program
I know theres a few good ones out there. Which would you recommend?

2 - Picking Windows OS

Which version of Windows would you recommend?

And anything beyond that. (English Patch, setup, etc.)

OP sounds confusing to match with the title, sounded like a new player needing help in-game then the OP saying computer based stuffs which is why I believed no one replied.

The game can run on Windows 7 (highly recommended) and Windows 8 but do not upgrade to 8.1

It's the way to run windows on a mac.

I just use windows 7 on my mac >.< nothing fancy either and everything runs good. I suggest just going with the one you like best... witch to me they are pretty much all the same.

Also check bumped.org for guides. Anything else you need help with just ask here.
