Ok. I was playing the game and everything was working just fine earlier, until I wanted to use the PSO2tweaker to resize the windowed mode of my game. I did so but upon doing so I got an error in the text. I can't remember the exact error (and unfortunately I cleared my logfile) but it said that the settings were saved but when I went to play the game, none of the NPCs or characters will load (but accesories will, I'm literally a pair of green wings as the screenshots will show), either in game or at the character select screen and in the shop area it looks like it's nighttime for some reason.

I tried repatching the game because I figured some files were gone but it didn't fix it. I tried restarting but it didn't fix it. The only thing I have not tried just yet is uninstalling/reinstalling which will be my next resort. I have also tried updating my video card drivers with no luck. Before I uninstall/reinstall I at least figured I'd post a few pictures of what's happening here to see if anyone else has had the same issue and if so how they have fixed it. Any help would be appreciated.

I fixed the problem, but if anyone has a similar issue I suggest using the normal launcher to reset the graphics back to the defaults if doing so with the tweaker doesn't work.
