Suppressed Gun

I heard from a friend of mine that you can get suppressed gun if you play "Soul of a Blacksmith" in ultimate and if you get the "Blue mineral" FIRST and then get the other required stuff. Is this true (I never bothered to try this because I don't think this is true but thats just me)???

You can get it no matter what order you grab the elements. You just need to get the Miwontite, the Dragon Fang, and the Blue Mineral. After that return to the guy who hired you and he'll offer to make one of three weapons. Choose the blade and you get a God Hand. Choose the gun and you get a Suppressed Gun. Choose the cane and you get a Technical Crozier. This only works on Ultimate and the weapon you choose will get random percents. You can only choose one weapon per character. If you try it again you'll get junk.
