Pso2 Tweaker error

The tweaker wont launch my pso2. exe. Error log report told me to past url to psow. can some help me out?

Move the Tweaker out of the Downloads folder; make a folder on the desktop folder it and all its files. Also, make sure you have the right directory selected for PSO2.
