Bluefull, Holy Ray question

Well seeing as item discussion is still down, I'll ask here.

Is the item database right when it says the Sil Dragon drops it for Bluefull? I've been hunting a while now, just wnated to make sure to see if I was wasting my time.

I'm not expecting it to be easy to find but I'll keep at it.

in my long time of playing i have found the item database is 10/10 times correct lol. so jsut keep at it and u will eventually find it cuz we all haves days when we dont find stuff.

I found a Holy Ray the first time my Bluefull (now Whitill) HUmar fought him and beat him in Ultimate. That was just serendipity though, but I can personally verify the find.
