Can't re install PSO2

I uninstall it because i needed more space on my computer, but when i got back cause i got more space, now i can't get the exe file for PSO2 so I can't use ether launchers cause it can't find the exe or the bin. I check my whole computer maybe if the bin got lost.

So what can I do to get the exe back? Cause PSo2 jp site won't work for me
