I adjusted the game settings through the Tweaker changing the option that's suppose to be window size to 1366x768 then the Total window got permanently resized to cover the entire window. Adjusted the setting again this time to 640x480 then the inventory window got resized to that specificed resolution.
I moved the Total window so its easier to see, but it does cover the entire screen.

I imagine a possible solution would be to delete whatever file these sizes are saved to or delete the files for the windows themselves, but i dont know which files these are. If you know please advise me.
