New PA's worth the five points?

New PA's are they worth the five points? Namely never give up, (assuming you understand I'm all about points in iron will), and then also the techer's new heal. Does it outpace resta in usefulness?

not true the new br skill that makes ya invincible for 20 seconds is very much worth getting(if ya are a hybrid or katana br) and the new skill for forces that boosts talis by 20% is worth while too
both cost only 5 to max and dont require anything ya would not be getting anyway

everyone else gets shafted more or less though

Burst Boost is pretty good. Even just 3 points (2 dex up 2 and 1 in burst) for a 30% higher burst rate is nice.

The invincibility is good.
