Japanese item names

So I got Pso2 to work and all (mostly everthing important is translated), but the items I pick up are in japanese, which I can understand somewhat but might just end up confusing me in the long run. However, I installed the japanese monster name via PSO2 tweaker... could this be the reason that the items are in japanese as well? If not, does this mean that my english large files/patch didn't fully install?

The item translation are separate in the tweaker and need to be added in aside from the patches.

If I recall, the item translation works as an injector as the item names are server sided.
