I highly suggest at least checking out Qoxolg's stuff. His style may be strange, but he has an amazing eye for detail and creativity in his works. He's also incredibly easy to work with, and can get you exactly what you want in your art (even if you didn't know you wanted it).

If his style isn't what you want though, there should be a bunch of other artists willing. Like, maybe, everyone in this thread.

Also, I do character themes. I take forever, but I do them.
