i crash when i talk to NPCs

like the tittle says. i crash with just get close to an NPC and i dont know what happen if yesterday i played fine :-?

i will apriciate any help :(

Are you using the English patch?

yeah , a friend told me i just needed to uninstall and reinstall the large files
