PSO2 Crashes seconds in the game...

Everything seems to be running smoothly until maybe 30 seconds being in the game. It freezes and gives me the following error:

I don't get an explanation with the error message, so sorry if it's not much to go off of. I did however just installed the game to my new desktop and installed the patches this morning/afternoon. I run everything through the tweaker too.

Any suggestions or input would be great! Thank you.

NEW ERROR MESSAGE

This message happened after I lower resolution and ran the game not through Tweaker, and without item translation patch. Every other patch was still there.

AMD Phenon(tm) II X6 1090T CPU 3.20 Ghz

12 GB RAM (8 GB usable)
Win 7 Pro 64-bit (w/ SP1)

Nvidia GTX 650 ti boost GPU

600W PSU (i dont think you needed that but just in case)
