Stuck at Arks Lobby loading screen/wormhole.

After updating Tweaker to 2.6.6.9, I have not been able to load past character select, the worm hole screen leading into the Arks Lobby. After searching this forum, I tried removing the Large files, removing the four opening videos, and running the troubleshooting commands as well. Is anyone else experiencing this? I know one other was stuck with me in wormhole, as chat still worked.

Now I can load it but the patches don't appear to be working. I know tweaker and pso2 both updated, but as I am new to this, I am not sure if this is a normal process and I just have to wait for it to be configured again. I actually have something concrete to add to it though:

Still haven't gotten a reply, and I couldn't gather much from the search engine, I tried all the wormhole suggestions, but most seemed to have been posts from last year. =/

I moved my tweaker folder back to it's oringinal spot in the hard's root, and now it's saying the patches are there. I tried downloading the story patch again, since it has said large and english patches are already installed and up to date, and it gave me this error.

I installed the story patch last night and now Tweaker refuses to open. It didn't launch because gameguard gave me a stink, but I have this as my latest paste bin:

The regular pso2.exe refuses to open because it's already running, though I checked my processes and both tweaker and pso2 are closed.
