Yeah, it doesn't take long to start over. And there are plenty of people here and on Ship 2 that will be glad to help you regain those levels.

Come to Ship02-Ur, where there are many people English speaking players.
I started at zero knowledge about the game and some random people (most of them are my best PSO2 friends now) gladly lent their hand for me. :)

For starters, you can create a second character at Ship02 and try to play there for a while, and give your own opinion about it.

If you do choose to stay on ship 2, you'll have better luck looking around some of the other blocks for help.

Block 20 isn't the most effective, but it is a good way to get SA spammed I suppose and along with idling chatter you may feel at home.

I gathered as much seeing as how the first page with the mention of porn and cookies already pulled his/her attention towards ship 2.

Easier to understand if anything, I've met plenty of people over the year that don't really listen, aside from a few that would forego the nonsense block 20 has covered itself in. I personally find it more productive to avoid block 20 if I'm doing CO's.
