Problems with registration PSO 2

Hello guys. I have big problem :-( . I have seen trailers and gameplays of PSO 2,game looks good,but when i tap into google "pso 2" i see this website here link to screen http://img194.imageshack.us/img194/6894/ionn.png. I cant click to community or other options :-? . I dont really know where i can register,can anyone tell me how to register,or write here registration link? :(:-o:-?

NA/EU version isnt out yet, your option is to play the japanese version with the english patches (pso2.jp is the site)
