someone please help me out here. Im redria so i need to kill pal rappies for it. But, i can never find one. I havent seen a single pal rappy yet, there is the fake in yellow quest. Do pal rappies appear in that quest? if they do, does the teleport, come back trick work to make them pal rappies?

Yes, the pipe trick works. Just go to the last room (The one with the sand) and pipe with the third set of rappies, it should be a really big line. It might be second, not sure.
