hey people,
after downloading the launcher the first time, i tried to start it. But then a window appears with the massage "I downloaded the latest version of the launcher. And then restart"
This question has been asked before but there came no useful solution, so i ask again.

SEGA's launcher is pure shit. Nobody uses it.

Just download the tweaker.
