PSO2.exe has stopped responding

Lately, I have been receiving a message from windows telling me that PSO2.exe has stopped responding. It only happens at a specific time, which is when the loading screen comes up to load a new stage or to load me back to the ship. Now, it does not happen every time but it usually happens within the hour of me playing. Any help would be high appreciated.

Windows 8 64 bit
AMD FX 8320 8 core 2.91ghz
8gb Ram ddr3
500W power supply
Geforce GTX 550 Ti 1 gb ddr5

I have been frequently checking my temperatures during gameplay and my gpu temperature never rises above 70. It very rarely gets to 70 unless I've been playing for quite a few hours. It mostly stays at around 67. I never had this problem before and I have been playing for nearly 6 months. If I remember correctly the problem started a little over a week ago. I got done playing earlier for a little over 3 hours and it didn't happen. I am going to try a reinstall if the problem persists to see if that works. Oh and thanks for the reply.
