V501 vs V502

What's the difference? According to the item database they both have the same description. Does the V502 give you better success rates? Or do they augment different specials that aren't listed in the database?

Also, just to be clear, this doesn't actually give you a better chance of landing on the target right? It just increases the chances of it working assuming you can actually hit the target?

the v502 just bit success rates on your special attack. I don't recall the V502 being better at landing on the target alone. just small improvement from the 501 in general. I had seen this before compare the v501 vs v502. when I use a Hell Laser with its special with v501 I miss a lot and sometime I hit my target by 25% even if my Hell lazer have hits added. when I use v502 I miss few time but I one shot my targets 50% then go back to missing few time again. however the v501 or v502 have no effect with cane or staff so keep that in mind. Also the v501 and v502 has be more effective with guns than with the sword or saber. but to my opinion v502 is okay sure its nice to have few extra success rates but I just stick v501 in general. v501 and v502 share same problem just one bit tiny bit better but they are not as effective in my perspective

From what I remember both units will boost the success rate of certain special attacks. The only difference was that V502 had a higher boost to hell specials.

V501 raises Hell, Paralysis, Confusion, and Freeze special activation rates by 50%. V502 has the same boosts except it raises Hell by 100%.
