Searching for save stat file

Hello. I'm new here and have a small question. I'm currently playing PSOv2 on my PC offline and want to play offline on a laptop at my parents home this weekend. Is there something like a game save or save stat file that I can transfer via usb stick from my PC to the laptop? If so, where can I find it? :-?

- On your old PSO v2 folder, find a folder named "Backup", copy that.
- Install game on your laptop
- Insert SNAK (game should create files after this step, do not override files before this step)
- enter game to see if everything is working properly, exit when done checking
- override the created files in "Backup" with the ones you saved on your USB stick
- play

However, is there a program/way to read the gibberish in the files?

PSO v2 reads the files :P
But i'm guessing you want to see the content without using PSO, in that case i have no idea, i mean you can use an hex editor, but i don't know what kind of info is displayed and where it is displayed.

Are you trying to change something ingame? because maybe there are alternatives depending on what you want.
