New sig feature? If so, where?

I recently noticed few users have signatures those look almost identical, like this user (http://www.pso-world.com/user.php?op=userinfo&uname=mightyJoeDunn).

Is there a new signature feature that creates your own sig? If so, where is it? Can't find it anywhere.

Hehe, nope. One person came up with using HTML tables, and the rest begged for the HTML to copy the effect.

HOWEVER... at least two people have had sigs deleted due to their shoddy copying skills of tables messing up the forums. ^_^;
