Holy Ray's potential

Can someone explain to me what this does exactly? I'm guessing it causes the same stun that enemies do and you are seeing stars and can't move for a while. Also how good is this potential? Does it work on most enemies? What about on bosses?

Just wondering because I'm thinking of buying this gun but I don't want to get it if the potential is crap.

6% at lvl 1, 8% at lvl 2 and 10% at lvl 3.

I thought it was 5/7/10% chance to stun, not that it matters too much, lol.

The latent works on anything not a sub-boss or a boss, it just knocks flying things out of the sky.

As support, I've found it great. Use glorious rain stacked on-top of a zondeel. They cant move out and are perma stunned or shocked or flinched. other then that its a pretty solid rifle aswell, but there are more powerful ones out there for cheaper

Well it's a good all-class rifle, and it's going on my Fo/Ra partner NPC.

Helped level up my Hunter too, though you can always use the new 8* for that purpose.

It used to be the only decent all-class rifle, but now it's just a pretty face.

so what rifles do you recommend? I personally like the weiss phoenix atm

I personally like the Avenger, but the recommended rifles when I mained Ra/Hu was Divulnigel, (maybe)Foia Rain, Eru Tron, Beryl Weapon (has JA Bouns), and something else
