Fi/Hu help

Recently I've decided to put down gu/hu for a bit and focus more on a good fi build.

I want to mainly use double sabers with td and knuckles being what I use if ds can't get the job done (ex; quartz wings)

So my questions are:

Is this a good fi/hu build?

What 10* double saber has the highest DPS (not including the 'hunters')? Langritter?

And lastly, is Pao Nerian a good knuckle?
