Mag didn't change to fourth evolution.

I have an issue with the fourth evolution mag, it worked the first time and I got a sato but I tried to remake a diwati with the formula and it didn't work for some reason anyone plz help. The mag is a bhirava with stats:
DEF 11
POW 49
DEX 50
MIND 11
I know it's not equal yet because when I lvl pow to make it 50 it doesn't change no matter which character I use with any section Id or gender or class idk if it is wrong I'd like someone to tell me how to fix or what happened.

First you gonna have a hard time to get a Diwati^^,
but if you want a Diwari the formula should work on
a Pink, Sky or Yello Female Ramar or Racast.

Also:
Mag will only change when the level is a multiple of 10" as whenever the mag's level is an odd multiple of 5, the two sums cannot equal each other.

Try feeding it to :

DEF 15
POW 49
DEX 50
MIND 15

Wow I did not understand the multiple of 5 part maybe that's why it didn't change because the level when I had it equal was 122 >.>
