Unable to start PSO2 due to gameguard

I've done a fresh install of PSO2, and each time I start it up, gameguard pops up with the .erl error.
I've tried deleting the gameguard folder, but I apparently have no access to "GameMon.des". Any solutions to this?

I'm having the same issue with my desktop but not my laptop so I don't have any idea what's up.

update to a dead thread, this is the error i recieve. note: i have kaspersky antivirus, i don't know if that's whats blocking it.

You're going through same exact thing my desktop went through, but both my laptop and desktop have the same Kasperiky antivirus bu laptop only works so still no clue. I'm just waiting till next to play on desktop again.

Try using the PSO2 Tweaker -> Troubleshooting -> Fix Gameguard Errors.

tried that, error was no access to GameMon.des, as stated in first post.

Same ERL error as above, maybe it's my antivirus?

Yeah, it's Kaspersky causing the problem. Looks like I need to temp disable it when I want to play, anyways, thanks for the help AIDA.
