Unable to sign up for Sega ID

I've been trying to get a few friends into the game recently, but I'm running into an issue with Sega ID. Whenever I try and sign them up, the website is returning a white box that says 'undefined' and it won't let me get past the "input personal information" page. Does anyone know why this might be happening?

Are you using Chrome? If so, try using Firefox.

Nope. Doesn't work on either browser.


EDIT: I did find the solution. Click on the submit window and the undefined window will pop up, close it and repeat the process until your browser says "prevent this page from opening any more dialogues" and check it, and click the submit button again and it will work.
