The game will either be available on Tuesday night or Wednesday morning. It varies from store to store.

If your closer to the West Coast (where Sega and Microsoft are located) than you will probably be able to get the game earlier than stores on the east coast.

Usually the game is available the next business day after the announced date. This case being the 15th, the game should be available on the 16th...unless you get it a lil early or later.
