Happened sometime yesterday and didn't notice until some of my items had funky names. After quitting the game and restarting Tweaker, I came across this: ERROR - Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
I went ahead and checked for deleted/missing files and reinstalled all the patches but still having the issue.
