My mag will not evolve into its 3rd form. Can anyone explain why?

depends what stats are at what levels, try giving it to another char (diff class) and have them level it to a multiple of five. see if that works. also, this thread should be in the mag discussion, if it's not still down. just fyi. Abdur, you wanna move this one? Hope this helped a bit.
