need help registering sega ID to PSO2

I've made my ID but now I can't link it to PSO2 because they changed the layout on the website so none of the guides are accurate. Please halp before I force reincarnation to occur.

yeahhh, when I log into my sega id to register, I'm guessing the number 22 indicates some kind of error?
And there is only a small button to click with maybe 3 characters in it.

I have the same exact problem, never got to part 4 and now i have no idea how to get back to it. The sega ID is completed but i have no idea how to actually register for PSO2, thanks in advance.

I redid the registration and got to the PSO2 reg page, i can click the option to do it at "http://pso2 jp/regist/complete/" but as soon as i do i keep getting a "The connection has timed out", my firewalls are disabled and i'm using a proxy and i still have no clue what i'm doing wrong.
