PSO2 in game issues(please don't ignore this)

ok,i made it past all the intro stuff,chapter 0 and what not,and right after gaining "control" in the lobby,my controls stop working,i can move the camera,but that's it,even the action bar is gone and i can't seem to move,like it wants to slap some tutorial thing onto me but its loading or something?idk,but it keeps happening and idk how to make it stop,please help me,please respond

i'm just trying to get some help on playing this game and it's like no one here gives a damn
i'm being as descriptive as i can,my controls are now completely gone as soon as i log in
i can't access the game menu,all i can do is move the damn camera
i can't play the game like this,can't /anyone/ help me?

Don't know if this is your problem, but if there's text on a blue background near the bottom of your screen, you need click a few times to make it go away.

i wish it was that simple,i don't have a mouse because it's moving the camera
my action bar disappears too and the esc button doesnt pop the menu

Yea I just looked around. The only thing I can probably think of is its set to game pad controls and you could always try using an Xbox/ps3 controller if you have one

Sounded like an issue that occasionally comes from the Story Patch. Anyway, if you're using the tweker, try going to the Troubleshooting menu option, and doing "Analyze Install for Issues."
