is the MQIS forum back?

i still get errored when i try to click the MQIS forum, but how come i can see somebody posting. maybe it's my part whats wrong?

There are a couple links to direct threads from the forum news in the forum index. People have been posting in those threads. It's just the MQ forum index that is down, the threads aren't.
