Forgot Security Question

Hello. I unfortunately, forgot my Security Question and Answer since I made my Sega Account over a year ago and I didn't save my info. I know that I cannot simply change it by going to my account page and I have to send in an Inquiry/Ticket to Sega to change it.

So onto my questions.

And second. The first box asks for your name. I do not remember setting up my account using a name since I followed the guide that was on Bumped and I have never purchased AC. Do I just make up my alias?
