New outfits...

So I've been playing pso2 pretty much all day and noticing everyone and their cool costumes. I'm wondering where and when the heck do I get new costumes? I've tried looking in player stores, playing FUN Scratches and hoping one drops or something.

Search the player shops for the japanese names.

Costumes don't drop. You have to buy them at player shops.
