how do u get the heart talis?

There is a heart talis shooting chocolates (valentine evcent), in which map can I get it?

No idea, but this is SEGA so chances are, it's a reward for completing the new Xi COs.

By what I understand is that I must save the cake bus...but I dunno which map it appears and if I need certain lvls or what...it is xi's quest

Random occurrence in every map, but you can find it for sure at the end of the Valentine's Emergency Quest.

Whcih quest? the ones with the boss or there is another 1? like in different hour ?

There's only one valentine quest, you have to go to the second area and save the sisters.

Xie gives a chocolate/yellow version, as a talis.
The white chocolate/pink version is a talis camo and drops from love rappies.

It's the same model, just different colors.
