My question is pretty much the topic title:

I have an Elysion, which has the Innocent Appearance potential (bonus damage to uncharged techs.)

Nabarta is a tech that cannot be charged, since it's a constant channel. (It's the "icethrower" one.)

Would this mean that Nabarta damage is boosted by Elysion's potential, or is Nabarta considered to be "always charged" since you have to hold the button down to cast it? Curious Brazenhorns would like to know.

It's boosted by elysion alright to a decent output. Althougth, elysion user only use it for moving a little, before going back to their main tech (usually sazan).

Summed it up nicely. You can craft it for power and it will become 20% stronger, but even then it is weaker than Sazan, even against enemies who are weak to ice only.

As good as Sazan is, you cannot move your character when spamming it uncharged, which can sometimes be a problem if you need to dodge enemy attacks. Nabarta lets you move while casting, so depending on the situation it could be handy. You might also want to consider Nabarta on bosses that Sazan moves around, such as Caterdrans.
