I just registered using the guide here:

When I try to log in to the game I keep getting error 602 even though my sega id and password are correct. I've tried several times to type the id with lowercase letters even though I registered it with the first letter being capital. I typed the password with the capitalization I gave it when I registered. I've tried lowercase id and password. I've tried just typing both the id and password the way I registered them.
No matter what I try I just keep getting error 602. I read that you're supposed to get error 602 once and then sega sends you a code through email, but they never sent me one.
