Nothing happens when opening PSO2

Hello guys I'm new here. Can you please help me. I already downloaded PSO2 and already patched it to its latest file and when I press the start button the gameguard appears and when gameguard finished downloading the files nothing happens..... I already checked the files, no english patch, and I already reinstalled it but nothing happens and also tried the tweaker and its still no use.... Help. :-?:-?:-?

-Windows 8 32bit using-
-Intel core 3, 4gb ram-
-radeon hd 5500 series(updated drivers)

Make sure you don't have anything open the GG doesn't like. This can include a lot of things, try closing EVERYTHING before running PSO2 (Including antivirus and firewalls)

i already closed everything ,firewall,and antivirus but still nothing
