Viability of FI/FO Knuckle-Freeze Ignition build?

I was just bouncing a couple ideas around, and was curious, how viable would the following build be?
FI/FO using Knuckles with Freeze V affix, and maxed of the following skills: Freeze Keep, Freeze Ignition, Wise Stance, and Chase Advance; along with skills that boost the aforementioned ones.

Theoretically, with knuckle gear and Freeze Keep, you could keep enemies reliably frozen, and the damage bonus from Freeze Ignition, Chase Advance, and Wise Stance would be huge. Would it be a good, interesting build?

From what I understand, the Force skills Freeze Keep and Freeze Boost only apply to technics, so the Freeze affix on your knuckles would still be as bad as always.

Force/Fighter with the 99% freeze chance Barta would probably be more effective, in my opinion.
