Error 603/602

Whenever i try to log in it will say something like id: insert japanese letters here and then either error 603 or error 602. I know that my sega ID is in lower case and i have entered my password in lower case and uppercase and both but nothing seems to work. I even created a new account, in case i forgot things about my old one, but even then it still showed the same error 603. If anyone can find out what is wrong with my account please help and i'll be grateful.

Username can only be lowercase only, password can be both lowercase and uppercase since it has to be exact how you registered your account with.

I entered in the exact same username and password i put in. 3231 and sometimes this pops up
3232 3233

As you can see i enter the same thing
